This page explains whether and how naraa uses analytics and advertising technologies, and which data is never shared.
1. Principle: only with your consent
Analytics and advertising tracking that is not strictly necessary to operate the app is switched off by default. We only activate it if you explicitly agree in the app (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app settings. The app works fully without consent. We manage your consents with the consent management platform Usercentrics (Usercentrics GmbH, Munich), which stores your choice with a timestamp so that we can demonstrate it.
2. What we never share
We never share the following with analytics or advertising partners:
- the content of your chats and voice calls,
- your memories (Memory),
- images, videos or descriptions you have created,
- which personas you use,
- the topics of your conversations, in particular sensitive topics such as health, feelings or relationships.
3. Services used
With your consent, we use these services in the app:

Meta, TikTok and Google process the data they receive for measuring their ads as independent controllers under their own privacy policies and may also use it for their own purposes, for example to improve their advertising services. Without your consent, they receive no data from us.
4. Data that may be transmitted with consent
If you have consented, we transmit:
- to Google Analytics for Firebase, usage events such as opening the app, screens viewed and features used, without any content;
- to Adjust, only individual events to measure the effectiveness of our advertising: installation of the app, start of a subscription and purchase of credits, each with a pseudonymous device or advertising identifier;
- via Adjust, the same events to Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, so that we can see which ad led to an install or a purchase.
5. Apple App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, we ask you before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, no such tracking takes place; Adjust, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads then do not receive your advertising identifier (IDFA) either. Apple's SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit may be used for aggregated, non-personal measurement; Adjust receives a copy of these reports.
6. Internal evaluation
Independently of tracking, we evaluate technical metrics on the stability of the app, such as crashes and loading times (see App Privacy Policy, section 14). We do not share this data with advertising partners.
7. Website
Our website does not use any analytics or advertising tools (see Website Privacy Policy).
8. California
California residents can opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for personalised advertising. Details are in the California Privacy Notice.
9. Changes
If we start using new services, we update this page before the service receives any data.
