    naraa uses analytics and advertising technologies to:

    • Measure app performance
    • Understand user engagement
    • Improve subscription conversion
    • Optimize advertising campaigns

    We are committed to limiting the scope of shared data and protecting sensitive user content.

    2. Analytics Providers

    We may use tools such as:

    • Firebase
    • Google Analytics for Firebase
    • Attribution partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Moloco)

    Analytics data is associated with pseudonymized identifiers.

    These tools may collect:

    • Device type
    • App version
    • Session duration
    • Feature usage (aggregated)
    • Installation and conversion events

    3. Advertising Partners

    We may work with advertising networks including:

    • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
    • Google Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Other mobile advertising platforms

    These partners may receive limited conversion-level information.

    4. What We Do NOT Share

    We do not share with advertisers:

    • Chat content
    • Voice transcripts
    • Emotional conversation content
    • Persona selection data
    • Individual usage intensity data
    • Sensitive conversational themes

    Advertising partners receive only limited event data necessary for attribution and campaign optimization.

    5. Conversion-Level Tracking

    Advertising data may include events such as:

    • App installation
    • Subscription activation
    • Credit purchases

    No detailed behavioral profiling based on conversations is shared externally.

    6. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

    On iOS devices:

    • We request user permission before tracking across apps and websites.
    • If permission is denied, cross-app tracking is disabled.
    • In such cases, we use Apple's SKAdNetwork for aggregated attribution only.

    7. EU & EEA Consent

    In the European Union and EEA:

    • Marketing and advertising tracking is disabled by default.
    • Tracking is activated only after explicit user consent (opt-in).
    • Users may withdraw consent at any time in App settings.

    8. Internal Data Use

    We may internally analyze:

    • Session duration
    • Voice usage
    • Feature interaction patterns

    This internal analysis is used exclusively to improve product performance and user experience.

    Such internal data is not shared with advertising partners.

    9. Data Minimization

    We apply data minimization principles:

    • Only necessary data is collected
    • Sensitive conversation content is excluded from advertising systems
    • Personal data is pseudonymized where possible

    10. Updates

    We may update this disclosure to reflect changes in tracking technologies or legal requirements.
