These terms apply to the use of the website naraa.ai, the waitlist and the referral programme of naraa GmbH, Lokstedter Steindamm 33a, 22529 Hamburg, Germany ("naraa", "we"). The app "naraa" is governed exclusively by the App Terms of Service.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of our website and participation in the waitlist and the referral programme. They do not apply to the app. In case of conflict, the App Terms of Service prevail for everything relating to the app.
2. Use of the website
The website provides information about naraa. Using it is free of charge and requires no registration. Please use the website only in accordance with applicable law. In particular, you may not query the website or its forms automatically, overload them, misuse them for spam or circumvent security measures.
3. Website content
We compile the content of the website with care. It provides general information about naraa and is not an offer to enter into a contract. Details about the app's features and launch date may change until launch.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. You must be at least 18 years old. You join by signing up with your email address and confirming it via the link in our confirmation email. Only one sign-up per person is permitted. There is no entitlement to access the app at a particular time. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
5. Referral programme terms of participation
5.1 Tiers and benefits
Depending on your position on the waitlist or the number of your confirmed invites, you reach one of the following tiers. The higher tier applies.

Neuron is our basic plan and Cortex our largest subscription plan. The plan names may change before the app launches; the plan described here applies.
Anyone who signs up with a valid referral code and confirms receives an additional 50 bonus credits at launch.
5.2 What counts as a confirmed invite
An invite counts when a person signs up with your referral code for the first time and confirms their email address. Multiple sign-ups by yourself, disposable addresses and automatically generated sign-ups do not count. In case of manipulation attempts, we may disregard the invites concerned or end your participation.
5.3 Redeeming benefits
Benefits are credited at app launch to the app account created with the same email address. If you registered with "Sign in with Apple" and hid your email address, please email us at contact@naraa.ai from the address you used for the waitlist and tell us the Apple relay address linked to your app account (you can find it in your Apple ID settings under "Hide My Email"). We will then assign your benefits to your app account. The App Terms of Service apply to the use of the app. The free trial ends automatically without creating a paid subscription unless you take out a subscription yourself. Benefits are not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
5.4 End of the programme
The referral programme ends when the app launches. Tiers reached by then are kept. We may end the programme early for good cause; tiers already reached are kept in that case too.
5.5 Sharing referral links
Please only share your referral link with people you can reasonably assume would welcome it, and do not send it in bulk or as unsolicited advertising.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and the design of the website are protected by copyright or trademark law. Any use beyond viewing and the cases permitted by law requires our consent.
7. Third-party links
The providers of linked third-party websites are solely responsible for their content.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential obligation on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for slight negligence is otherwise excluded. These provisions also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
9. Changes
We may change these terms for future use of the website. For participation in the waitlist and the referral programme, we will notify you of material changes in advance by email; changes will not reduce tiers and benefits already reached.
10. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
