    Safety & Content Policy

    Last updated: August 2026

naraa is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible AI interaction environment. This policy outlines how we prevent misuse, handle violations, and enforce content boundaries.

    1. Safety Framework

    naraa uses:

    • Automated content filtering systems
    • AI-based moderation mechanisms
    • Rule-based restrictions
    • Escalation pathways for human review (when necessary)

Safety enforcement is applied consistently across all users.

    2. Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted:

naraa does not generate pornographic content, depictions of nudity, or descriptions of explicit sexual acts. These limits are set at system level and cannot be changed in settings. Also excluded: sexualised content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, graphic violence, and instructions for self-harm.

    2.1 Sexual Content

    • Explicit sexual acts
    • Pornographic descriptions
    • Sexual content involving minors
    • Non-consensual scenarios

    2.2 Harm & Violence

    • Graphic violence
    • Encouragement of self-harm
    • Suicide instructions
    • Threats toward others

    2.3 Illegal Activities

    • Instructions for illegal conduct
    • Exploitation or abuse
    • Fraudulent use of the service

    2.4 System Manipulation

    • Attempts to bypass safeguards
    • Reverse engineering
    • Exploiting vulnerabilities

    3. Automated Moderation

naraa primarily relies on automated systems to:

    • Detect restricted topics
    • Block inappropriate responses
    • Redirect unsafe conversations
    • Apply content safeguards in real time

Conversations may be limited or declined if they violate safety rules.

    4. Reporting Mechanism and Notice of Illegal Content (Art. 16 DSA)

    Users may report:

    • Inappropriate AI responses
    • Technical issues
    • Safety concerns
    • Suspected misuse

Reports can be submitted within the App or by email to contact@naraa.ai.

All reports are reviewed in accordance with internal safety procedures.

    Reporting illegal content

Any person may notify us of content they consider to be illegal. Notices can be submitted through the reporting function in the App or by email to contact@naraa.ai.

So that we can process a notice, we require:

    • a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal
    • the exact location of the content, for example the URL or the content identifier
    • the name and email address of the reporting person, except for reports concerning offences against sexual self-determination
    • a confirmation that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of the reporting person knowledge

We confirm receipt without undue delay and communicate our decision together with the reasons for it. Where automated means are used to reach a decision, we state this.

You may challenge our decision through the internal complaint-handling procedure described in section 7.

    5. Human Review

While naraa primarily operates through automated moderation:

    • Reports may be escalated for human review where appropriate
    • Human review may be used to investigate abuse or policy violations
    • Access to reported data is restricted and role-based

Human review is conducted only when necessary and in accordance with data protection standards.

    6. Enforcement Measures

If violations occur, naraa GmbH may:

    • Issue warnings
    • Restrict certain features
    • Suspend access
    • Permanently terminate accounts

Enforcement decisions are made based on the severity and repetition of violations.

    7. Internal Complaint-Handling System (Art. 20 DSA)

If we suspend or terminate your account, restrict features, or decide not to remove content you reported, you may lodge a complaint within six months of receiving our decision.

Complaints can be sent to contact@naraa.ai. We handle them in a timely, diligent, non-discriminatory and non-arbitrary manner.

Decisions on complaints are not taken solely on the basis of automated means; they are reviewed by appropriately qualified staff.

We inform you of the outcome and state the reasons for it. Where we uphold your complaint, we reverse our decision without undue delay.

Independently of this, you may refer the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body under Art. 21 DSA or pursue legal remedies before the courts.

    8. Ongoing Safety Evaluation

    We continuously evaluate:

    • Emerging risks
    • User feedback
    • Regulatory developments
    • AI system behavior

Safety mechanisms may be updated without prior notice to improve user protection.
