What We Collect
Deleting Your Data
You have the right to delete your personal data at any time.
How to delete your data:
- • In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- • Email: Send a request to privacy@naraa.ai
- • Timeline: Requests are processed within 30 days
What happens when you delete:
- • Your account is permanently removed
- • Your conversation history is deleted
- • Your personal data is erased from our systems
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records) as required by law.
Exporting Your Data
You can download a copy of your data at any time.
Available formats:
- • JSON (machine-readable)
- • ZIP (complete archive)
How to export:
- • In-App: Settings → Privacy → Export Data
- • Email: Request via privacy@naraa.ai

Conversation content is not used for individual profiling or for training personalized AI models outside of product operation.
If data is used in anonymized or aggregated form to improve our systems, this is done without any reference to individual users.
