    Deleting Your Data

    You have the right to delete your personal data at any time.

    How to delete your data:

    • • In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
    • • Email: Send a request to privacy@naraa.ai
    • • Timeline: Requests are processed within 30 days

    What happens when you delete:

    • • Your account is permanently removed
    • • Your conversation history is deleted
    • • Your personal data is erased from our systems

    Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records) as required by law.

    Exporting Your Data

    You can download a copy of your data at any time.

    Available formats:

    • • JSON (machine-readable)
    • • ZIP (complete archive)

    How to export:

    • • In-App: Settings → Privacy → Export Data

    Conversation content is not used for individual profiling or for training personalized AI models outside of product operation.
