Age Policy at naraa
Our applications are exclusively for adult users aged 18 and over.
This age restriction serves to protect minors and ensure responsible use of our AI-based services.
Some features of our products may include personal, emotional, or mature conversation content. For this reason, our offerings are not intended for children or adolescents.
Why an age restriction?
The age rating of 18+ is based on the following factors:
- Personal and emotional conversation topics
- Mature dialogue content and interpersonal interactions
- AI-powered image and voice features
- The commitment to maintaining clear and healthy boundaries in usage
naraa does not generate pornographic content, depictions of nudity, or descriptions of explicit sexual acts. These limits are set at system level and cannot be changed in settings. Also excluded: sexualised content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, graphic violence, and instructions for self-harm.
Nevertheless, certain content is suitable exclusively for adult users.
Age Verification (Age Gate)
When first launching our applications, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
This age verification is done through a so-called Age Gate, for example by:
- Entering date of birth
- Explicit confirmation of legal age
Users who indicate they are under 18 years old will not receive access to the application.
Extended Age Verification (country-dependent)
In certain countries, additional age verification measures may be required to comply with legal requirements.
Depending on the region, this may include:
- Age-related identity verification
- Data-minimal selfie-based age estimation
- Other legally recognized procedures
These extended checks are only used when legally required.
We do not store identity documents or raw biometric data. Only the result of the age verification ("of legal age / not of legal age") is processed.
Protection of Minors
naraa implements technical and organizational measures to protect minors:
If we receive indications that an account is being used by a minor, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, suspend that account.
